A new DJI drone has been leaked: weighing just 169 grams
Recently, a tipster on social media has revealed detailed information about DJI's new consumer-grade drone, the DJI Neo. It is said to have a compact and portable design, foldable and equipped with built-in propeller guards.
According to the FCC registration label photo, the drone model is DN1A0626, and the battery capacity is 1435mAh or 10.5Wh. Additionally, another user shared a video that showed the drone's actual flight footage. From the video, it can be seen that DJI Neo has a compact design and is equipped with a protective cover.
Analysts estimate that based on the battery specifications and weight, DJI Neo weighs approximately 169 grams and has a flight time of about 15 minutes. This means that the drone is not only lightweight and portable, but also has enough aerial photography time and operational flexibility. However, in terms of market positioning, it should be at a relatively lower level.
It is reported that the DJI Neo Fly More Combo set has already been available for pre-order at Walmart. The set includes additional batteries, charging hubs, and a carrying case, and is priced at $329.
In addition to DJI Neo, it is rumored that DJI is developing new products including the DJI Air 3S and DJI Mavic series drones, but there has been no official confirmation yet.
